CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

At Simply Chic, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. We want you to love your order, but due to the nature of our products and hygiene matters, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges due to change of mind.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, description of the fault, and photos. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, or refund as per New Zealand Consumer Law.


IMPORTANT NOTES

• Fabric Transparency: Light colours (e.g., white, pink, green) may appear slightly sheer when wet and may highlight body contours more than darker shades. If this is a concern, we recommend choosing darker colours or patterned fabrics.

• Chlorine: High chlorine levels in public pools or hot/thermal springs may accelerate wear. Please refer to our wash and care guide to extend the life of your swimsuit.

• Post-Purchase Damage: Simply Chic is not responsible for damage caused after purchase due to:

- Washing machines or laundry products (e.g., bleaching or colour bleeding)

- Exposure to chlorine, hot springs, or harsh chemicals
